Product Description

Instructions:
1. Use a windproof barrier when welding in windy places to avoid the occurrence of pores when the wind is strong.
2. The temperature between the channels is controlled at 16-100 °C.
3. The moisture, rust and oil on the surface of the base metal before welding should be fully removed.
4. Using CO₂ gas welding, the purity is greater than 99.8%, and the gas flow rate is controlled at 20-25L/min.
5. The dry elongation of the wire should be controlled within the range of 15-25mm.
6. After the wire is unpacked, it should be noted: To take moisture-proof measures, use up as soon as possible, and do not expose the unused wire to the air for a long time.
