AWS E309-16 S.S  Welding Electrode

Description:
E309-16 CJA302 is Titanium calcium-type stainless steel electrode. It can weld on both DC and AC with excellent weldability. It has good crack-resistant properties and oxidation-resistant properties.

Application:
It is suitable for welding the same type of stainless steel and compound steel, high chrome steel high chromium steel, etc.

Notes: 
1. Electrodes must be baked for 1 hour at 150°C before welding operation.
2. To operate on DC if all possible. Operate with a small current so the electrode will not in red-hot.
3. The anti-corrosion performance and ferrite composition should be determined between buyer and seller.
