Product Description

Introduction & Characteristics:
FRW-71Ni (AWS A5.20 E71T-1J ) is a titania type flux cored wire whose weld metal contains Ni a little and has the same usability and efficiency as those of FRW-71 in all-position welding by CO₂ shielding.The weld metal makes excellent impact value at temperatures down to -40ºC under as-welded condition. 
Typical application:shipbuilding,offshore,bridge,pressure vessal and general fabrications. 


Instructions:
1.The oil stains and rust on the weldments should be cleared away.
2. Designed for welding with 100% CO₂.
3. When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20~25L/min.
