Product Description

Carbon Steel Welding Electrodes AWS E6011

Description: 
J425 is Cellulose potassium coated type electrode specialized in vertical-down welding of carbon steel. 
The weld inway of vertical-down is neat and smooth. It can be operated on both AC and DC. 
Less swing and proper level is required when welding. 

Application: 
It applies to applicaitons of butt welding, fillet welding well as riap welding of thin steel plate such as oil tank of transtormer, vessel hull, vehicle crust low carbon steel structures for flue and venting tube. 



NOTES: 
1. The defects of less rigidity pars in small thin-wall cast iron pieces can be welded without preheating, but general weldments need to be preheated up to around 400°C. If the weldmentspreserve heat and slowly cool down, they are on the cards that the soldering joints can bearcut processing. 
2. These welding rods are not suitable for the important castings that bear the stress and impact, etc. 
3. The weld rods should be baked at around 150°C for an hour before the start of welding operation.
