E308-16 (A102) is low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel type ofelectrode with Titanium-calcium coating. It is good at excellent mechanics and  intercrystalline corrosion resistance. They are available on both AC and DC.


Application:
For the anti-corrosion Cr19Ni9 and 0Cr19Ni11Ti stainless steel whose temperature below 300°C when weld.

1.  Electrodes must be baked for  an hour at 250°C before welding operation. Rebaking is not allowed.


2.  To operate on DC as far as possible due to the penetration is not deep enough when welding.
