Introduction & Characteristics:
FRW-81Ni( AWS E81T1-Ni1 ) is an all position gas shielded 1% Nickel, single andmultiple pass micro alloyed flux-cored welding wire. It is designed specifically for applications where exceptional low temperature impact properties are required.
Typical application:shipbuilding,offshore,bridge,pressure vessal and general fabrications.


Instructions:
1.The oil stains and rust on the weldments should be cleared away.
2. Designed for welding with 100% CO₂.
3. When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20~25L/min.
