Description: 
E312-16 is a Titanium-calcium coated stainless steel electrode.  It is good at heat resistance, intercrystalline corrosion resistance and anti-cracking. It is avaible on both AC and DC. It also can be welded on any angle. 

Application: 
It is suitable for high carbon steel, tool steel and special metal welding.

1.  Electrodes must be baked for 1 hour at 250-300°C before welding.
2.  Do clean up the rusty, oil scale,water and other impurities on welding parts.
3.  Short arc operation is required when welding  and the small current is better.
