Product Description

Introduction & Characteristics:
FRW-91Ni2 is a rutile and micro-alloyed type flux cored wire designed for all position welding with CO₂ shielding gas and 620Mpa grade high tensile strength steel,it contains 2.0%-3.0% Ni and has good impcat value at low temperature down to -40ºC.
Typical application: low temperature service steels such as ASTM A302,A572,A575,A734. 

Instructions:
1.The oil stains and rust on the weldments should be cleared away.
2. Designed for welding with 100% CO₂.
3. When welding, the gas flow rate is generally 20~25L/min.
