Description:
E316L-16 (A022) is a super low carbon Cr19Ni10 stainless steel type electrode coated with Titanium-calcium. The molten metal content is ≤0.04%. It is good at heat resistance, corrosion-resistant and anti-cracking. It is avaible on both AC and DC.
Application:
It is suitable for stainless steel structures welding of the equipments for manufacturing carbamide, synthetic fibre as well as the other similar type of equipments. It also can be used in welding of chromium stainless steel that cannot be heat after welding , compound steel and special steel.

NOTES:
1. The welding rods should be baked at about 150°C for an hour before the start of welidng operation.
2. To operate on DC as far as possible due to the penetration is not deep enough when welding.
3. The anti-corrosion performance and ferrite composition should be determined between buyer and seller.
